Emma Kate is one week old and is the perfect baby. She is sleeping so well and is very good at communicating to her caretakers when she is hungry. Becky has a bad case of Mastisis...ouch! So Great Aunt Bette and Grandma (we call them Super Nannies) are taking care of the whole Irlmeier family with changing diapers, turkey dinners and even presents. Wow! Carter is excited about Baby Emma and loves to wash his hands before touching her.   PHOTOS OF BEFORE AND RIGHT AFTER EMMA WAS BORN. G&G anxiously await the birth of Emma Chuck pulls through and takes Becky's blood sugar. 30 seconds after being born Mommy cuddles baby for the first time. Emma Kate "Somebody feed me NOW!" Emma had a crooked nose when she was born, I thought it was so cute. Epidural Elation One last nap before showtime 1 minute after being born...."What the heck is going on?" 10 lbs 8 oz....the doctor thought she would be 8 lbs or so...hmmmm...Woops! The Happy Family kisses and cuddles "Come and meet me and don't forget to bring my mommy and daddy food....and by the way, no 0-3 month clothes....I'm an 'emmazon' baby!"
